12. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of Services with written notice. Forceconnectxl GmbH may terminate or suspend access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates applicable law or harms the integrity or availability of our Services.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may retain your data according to our data retention policies and applicable law.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation with Forceconnectxl GmbH. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration or mediation as permitted by German law.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forceconnectxl GmbH regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
